Cell specs:

16 plates:
—6 inch X 6 inch
—HUGE 1080 sq. inch active surface area = 7.5 feet sq.! (minus gasket space)
Note: please realize that a 4 inch X 4 inch (offered elsewhere) is LESS THAN HALF of the surface area.
—Forget about needing 4 to 6 “bath-tube” cells!
—CNC laser cut (No drilling or punching)
—20 guage 316L stainless steel (VERY tough and forgiving during reassembly, won’t muddy up your e-lyte)

Gaskets/Cell spacing: —1/16th inch
—precision machine-cut gaskets

Endplates:
—1/2” thick black UHMW-PE (Ultra High Molecular Weight – Polyethylene [very strong plastic])
—Black doesn’t get grubby looking so quickly in your shop or in your car

Hardware:
—all high grade steel bolts, nuts, washers

In/Out Ports:
—1/2 inch tapped with 1/2 inch hose fittings (straight and 90 degree included)

Although this cell is intended for experienced installers and qualified auto mechanics, we wanted to post this note for those interested in installing any HHO system on vehicles:

Important Installation Note: At this time we do not recommend installing ANY HHO system on inter-cooled applications: turbocharged/supercharged. Testing is being done by us to determine/ensure that no trace amounts of caustic soda (or other electrolyte), which could damage the system, as well as accumulated water are entering and what effects these may have in the cooler core. The small amount of water vapor put out by HHO systems does not accumulate in engines because of the high heat. In an intercooler, excess water can accumulate. Additionally, no attempt should be made to inject HHO under pressure to overcome positive manifold pressure. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should HHO be put under pressure! This could create a Hydrogen BOMB.
